Date Nut Macaroons

2/3 cup Pillsbury’s Best All Purpose or Unbleached Flour
1 (14-oz.) package (5 1/3 cups) coconut
¼ teaspoon salt
1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 cup chopped dates
1 cup chopped walnuts

Heat oven to 350º F. Grease cookie sheets. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. In large bowl, combine flour, coconut and salt; mix well. Stir in milk. Fold in dates and walnuts. Drop by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350º F for 12 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown. 4 ½ dozen cookies.
