Cookie-Topped Microwave Brownies

Brownies
1 (10.65-oz.) package Pillsbury Microwave Fudge Brownie Mix
1/3 cup hot water
¼ cup oil

Topping
1/3 cup butterscotch or peanut butter-flavored chips
1 teaspoon oil
18 miniature turtle-shaped cookies

Microwave Directions: In medium bowl, combine all brownie ingredients. Stir 50 strokes by hand or until well blended. Spread butter evenly in ungreased Pillsbury 7-inch square microwave pan.

Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Rotate one-half (including ovens with turntables). Microwave an additional 2 minutes (or 3 minutes in compact ovens under 600 watts). Brownies are done when top suraces loses almost all of wet apperance in center. If brownies are not done, continue microwaving in 30-second intervals. Place on heat-proof counter.

In small microwave-safe bowl, combine butterscotch chips and 1 teaspoon oil. Microwave on medium for 2 to 3 minutes or until melted, stirring once halfway through cooking. Spread over warm brownies; score into 9 bars. Top each bar with two turtle cookies. Cool 15 minutes. Cut through scored lines into bars. 9 bars.
