Brazil Nut Brownies

Brownies
1 (21 ½-oz.) package Pillsbury Fudge Brownie Mix
½ cup oil
¼ cup water
¼ cup coffee-flavored liqueur or strong coffee
1 egg
1 cup coarsely chopped brazil nuts

Frosting
2 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons coffee-flavored liqueur or strong coffee
1 tablespoon water
3 oz. white baking bar or ½ cup vanilla milk chips
1 tablespoon oil

Heat oven to 350º F. Grease 13x9-inch pan. In large bowl, combine all brownie ingredients except nuts; beat 50 strokes by hand. Stir in brazil nuts. Spread in greased pan. Bake at 350º F for 28 to 35 minutes. Do not overbake. Cool completely.

In medium bowl, combine margarine, powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons liqueur and 1 tablespoon water; blend well. In small saucepan over low heat, melt white baking bar and oil, stirring constantly. Add to powdered sugar mixture; beat until smooth. Spread over cooled brownies. Let stand until set. Cut into bars. 36 bars.
