Mushroom Nibblers

12 pieces button mushrooms
¼ cup beef filling
2 pieces egg
¼ cup bread crumbs

Beef Filling
500 g ground sirloin
2 tablespoons minced garlic
4 tablespoons chopped onions
¾ cup button mushrooms, quartered
¼ cup chopped carrots
2 pieces eggs
5 tablespoons flour
4 teaspoons soy sauce
Salt to taste

Combine all beef filling ingredients in a bowl. Mariante for at least an hour. Remove stems of button mushrooms. Stuff mushrooms with the beef filling. Dip in egg then dredge in breadcrumbs. Deep fry until golden in color. Serve with garlic cream sauce.
