Choco-Lite Brownies

2/3 cup Pillsbury’s Best All Purpose or Unbleached Flour
¾ cup sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
¼ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1/3 cup margarine, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Powdered sugar

Heat oven to 350º F. Grease and flour bottom only of 8-inch square pan. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt; blend well. Add margarine, vanilla and eggs; stir just to combine. Pour into greased and floured pan.

Bake at 350° F for 18 to 23 minutes or until set. Do not overbake. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool completely; cut into bars. 24 bars.
