Frosted Cashew Brownies

Brownies
1 (21 ½-oz.) package Pillsbury Fudge Brownie Mix
½ cup water
½ cup oil
1 egg
½ cup coarsely chopped cashews

Frosting
¼ cup margarine or butter
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 to 3 tablespoons milk
½ cup cashew halves

Heat oven to 350° F. Grease 13x9-inch pan. In large bowl, combine brownie mix, water, oil, and egg; beat 50 strokes by hand. Stir in chopped cashews. Spread in greased pan. Bake at 350º F for 28 to 35 minutes. Do not overbake. Cool completely.

Melt margarine in medium saucepan over medium heat. Blend in cocoa; heat until mixture just comes to a boil, stirring constantly. Cool slightly. Stir in powdered sugar, vanilla, and enough milk for desired spreading consistency; blend until smooth. Spread over cooled brownies; sprinkle with cashew halves. Cool completely; cut into bars. 36 bars.
