Chocolatey Mousse

1 large bar dark chocolate
6 eggs
2 tablespoons butter
6 tablespoons sugar
Chocolate flakes

Melt the chocolate with the butter. Remove from heat. Let cool.

Separate the egg yolks. Beat them with sugar until it becomes creamy. Add the chocolate.

Whisk the egg whites until it becomes stiff. Add egg chocolate mixture. Fold gently.

Pour in individual glasses. Add flakes. Put in the refrigerator until the following day.

Serve.
